Please read the following procedures carefully.

To Receive an In-House Leisure Learning Credit Voucher for Future Classes:
Follow Steps 1 & 2 if you cannot attend a class:
1) Call LLU at least 48 hours prior to the starting date of your class (713-529-4414).
2) Mail (2990 Richmond Ave #120, Houston, TX 77098-3109) LLU a check or money order for $5 per class, per person, to cover processing costs. We must receive your money no later than seven days after the first class meeting. You may also charge the fee at the time you call LLU. You'll receive an in-house LLU credit voucher (no cash) good for one year from the start date of the original class toward other LLU classes. The voucher will not be completed until all fees have been received. Registration fees are not refunded or credited. You must return your credit voucher to LLU when you use it.

To Transfer to Another Class or Section:
Follow Steps 1 & 2 If you cannot attend a class:
1) Call LLU at least 48 hours prior to the starting date of your class (713-529-4414).
2) Mail LLU a check or money order for $5 per class per person to cover processing costs. We must receive your money no later than seven days after the first class meeting. You may also charge the fee at the time you call LLU. You'll receive a confirmation receipt for the new class or class section. The transfer to the new class or section will not be completed until all fees have been received. Registration fees are not refunded or credited.

Refunds:
This is only available if you are dissatisfied with the instruction at the first class meeting.
1) You must inform the instructor of your decision to leave. Obtain their signature on the receipt before leaving and call LLU (713-529-4414) the next working day. The only exception: For a one-day class please obtain the signature within the first two hours and call LLU the next day and
2) Mail your signed receipt and a self-addressed stamped envelope. We must receive your money no later than seven days after the first class meeting. A $10 service charge per class, per person, will be deducted to cover overhead. Note: If you wish, you may obtain a full LLU credit instead of a cash refund. Registration fees are not refunded.
3) If your class is cancelled, your refund will be issued by the method in which you paid.

Reinstatement Fee:
If you fail to give LLU 48 hours prior notice or miss the first session of a multi-session class, you may be able to attend the next section of the same class on a space available basis. This option is not available for overnight trips or activities where transportation (including boats, etc.) is provided, where instructor comes from out of town, if the class is not offered again, or if specialized equipment is used. There is an $18 per class, per person reinstatement fee. For computer package classes, the fee is $25 per class per person. In the event the class you missed has a food/material fee and/or fixed expense included in the cost of the course, you will be required to pay that amount as well. Please call LLU (713-529-4414) within 48 hours after the starting date of the class, and mail us a check or money order for $18/25 per class, per person, plus any food/material fees or fixed expense. You may also charge the fees at the time you call LLU. (We will consider reinstatement up to 30 days after the starting date of the class on an as needed basis.) To be placed in the new class, you must call LLU (713-529-4414) 48 hours prior to the start of the section you desire. The teacher will not admit you to class unless your name appears on the class roster.
