The Shape program is a low impact exercise program for overweight to obese women who are looking for a program to improve their physical well being. The program includes light weight resistance training to improve bone strength and cardio exercises to improve overall fitness. Participants will be introduced to exercises they can do at work or home. This is a fun class designed for women who think exercise is a swear word. Classes are held in an airconditioned indoor facility.
The instructor for this class is affiliated with The Houston Athletic Fencing Center. All of their instructors have university degrees in the exercise sciences.
